Children must be accompanied by an adult. Not wheelchair accessible. Stroller accessible. Infants must sit on laps. Most travelers can participate. Participants whom swim/enter the water, due so at their own risk and should feel comfortable swimming in the ocean. Guests whom do not know how to swim, are encouraged to wear a life vest at all times. • This is an outdoor tour excursion, subject to increment weather conditions. • Guests are not permitted to disembark the boat until the captain has granted permission, engines turned off and boat securely anchored/tied.. • Participants whom swim/enter the water, due so at their own risk and should feel comfortable swimming in the ocean. Guests whom do not know how to swim, are encouraged to wear a life vest at all times. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate.
