Know in advance:

Hotel transfers only possible from the west side of Koh Chang. If you are located on the east side, you will need to arrange your own transport to Bang Bao Pier
Tour schedules might differ due to weather and sea conditions
Rain in Thailand is unpredictable and can happen anytime, especially in monsoon season
If conditions are determined to be unsafe, the tour will be canceled and you can reschedule or get a full refund
