• the minimum age is 2 and the maximum is 80 for this activity
• you will need to contact the supplier 48 hours prior to your activity to arrange your pick-up location in Koh Lanta Yai and send a picture of yourself. You will find the contact information on the voucher after the booking
• tour schedule might differ due to weather and sea conditions which can change on a daily basis, especially for the Emerald Cave. If the waves are too high, the cave cannot be entered
• if you miss the hotel pickup time, this will be reported as a no show and no refund will be granted
• the long-tail boat engine is rather loud and there is quite some travel time to get to the 4 islands and back. Please take this into account
