The tour operator reserves the right to terminate participation, without refund, for any risky riding or disruptive conduct. For your safety and to protect the natural environment, you must remain on the marked trails. Do not attempt to take shortcuts, veer off the path, or explore unauthorized areas. Operating an ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate tour termination without refund. The tour involves moderate walking and can be physically demanding. It is not recommended for individuals with severe mobility impairments, chronic heart conditions, significant back issues, or expectant mothers . All activities are subject to prevailing weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, the tour itinerary may be subject to modification or cancellation for safety reasons.
