Not recommended for travelers with back problems. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Near public transportation. Most travelers can participate. Not wheelchair accessible. Children under 6 years old enter for free. Those aged 7-12 require a child ticket. An adult must always accompany all children 12 and under.. Child Ticket can access to all Blue Tree Lagoon, all beaches, games, and activities. NOT including adult water sliders, Zip Line and Ninja Warrior.. To avail of the Thai Resident Rate, kindly present any of the following documents at the ticketing counter upon arrival: Thai ID Card, Work Permit, Student Visa, Retirement Visa, Thai Driving License, or Thai Passport.. No outside food or beverage allowed in the park.. No glass, cigarettes, and/or food are permitted in the water slide area.. Anyone under alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the park.. It is not allowed for people who are ill /with contagious diseases/ with open wounds or sores.. Proper swim attire is required. Jean/denim shorts and shorts with rivets, buckles or zippers are not permitted.. On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour, or a full refund.. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers.
