With 576 reviews on Trip Advisor (5 stars) and operating since 2015, Island Organics Samui created the first farm to table Thai cooking experience for travellers to explore on Samui. Come spend the day with (famed) chef Lat where she will lead you through the vast organic gardens then cook up a feast in the purpose built Thai cookery kitchen.
* You'll learn 4 Thai recipes as well as make curry pastes, coconut cream, herbal drinks plus tour the micro-farm prior to cooking and harvest fresh organic herbs and vegetable prior to your cookery experience.
* Children under 8 years of age are not permitted to attend this class.

We can provide a safe and fully licensed / insured minivan service door to door and price depends on location and to be paid in cash in the class on the day. Price examples for locations on Samui as follows;
- Bophut, Chaweng, Chong Mon, Plai Lam area 600thb round trip pickup at 10:10am.
- Chaweng Noi, Lamai, Maenam area 800thb round trip pickup at 10am.
- Bang Por, Nathon, Maret 1,200thb round trip pickup at 9:40am.
- Lipa Noi & Thailang Nam 1,400thb round trip pickup at 9:30am.
** If coming with own transport then please meet on time at 10:10am in the car park of the small 'Lotus Go Fresh' car park opposite 'Tembo Resort' in Bangrak Beach with your own car, bike or taxi and follow chef Lat 3km drive to Island Organics. Thank you. *Note, it's a meeting point with your vehicle, NOT drop off point as we are located several kilometres drive away and most can't find our secret location.
