Pickup Details
Airport Transfers On arrival, after collecting any hold luggage, if your luggage does not have any problem, you just walk along the way, then you will pass "Arrival Area" At this area, you will see the airport limousine counter, some hotel counters or accommodations booking counter service. Please note that this area is not the place where the tour guide or the transfer company will come to meet you, because the guide or hotel representative are still not allowed to enter this area. Please keep walking along the "walk way" until you arrive at the "Meeting Area / Meeting Point" where you will be met by one of our friendly representatives (wearing the uniform shirt/blouse being white with green, yellow and brown vertical stripes). Before meeting the our representative, passengers will pass a Bangkok Airways desk. Clients are not to stop here. Bangkok Airways staff will try to convince them to transfer to the hotel in a Bangkok Airways vehicle and will demand payment (regardless of client already having paid overseas). They will also try to sell day tours which we don't have any part in. Further assistant may you require in Koh Samui, please do not hesitate to contact us.
