What To Expect
This is a class like no other, teaching you a life skill and a new way of thinking about food that will stay with you for a lifetime. You’ll learn about the traditional Thai ingredients, where they are grown, and how they are produced. You’ll learn about the meaning of Thai food and the traditional and religious aspect of the delicacies you are creating.
• Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic 3 dishes Thai food. Everything will be provided for you and we will give you a recipe book for you to keep.
• Learn to prepare dishes from scratch with the first class you take teaching you how to make a traditional Thai curry paste. We will then teach you to cook a curry recipe and two more recipes to make a complete Thai meal. We have different recipes every day including salads, soups, curries, noodle dishes, and desserts.
• Eat what you created immediately after the class.

Important info
Near public transportation. Not wheelchair accessible. Participants can invite a guest to join the lunch/dinner at an additional price of THB 250 per person and pay directly to the school on the day of the activity. We think kids 8-11 are best off watching their parents take part, and we’re okay with that! We prefer that children under 8 do not enter the teaching areas, so if both parents will be taking part, we suggest you contact your hotel about their sitting service.. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
