When you arrive at the airport, a representative from our travel agency will meet you at the arrivals area. The representative will carry a sign bearing your name or the logo of our agency to facilitate recognition. He will welcome you warmly, help you with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle provided for your transfer. On the day of your departure, our driver will go to your hotel car park at the agreed time. He will be in contact with the reception to ensure his arrival and the coordination of the transfer. So you won't have to worry about looking for the driver, because he will be waiting for you at the agreed place, we recommend that you provide us with your flight details in advance. We generally allow 1h 30min for the transfer from the hotel to the airport, taking into account normal traffic conditions to ensure that you arrive at the airport in good time (preferably minimum before 2h 30min before your flight.
