Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. If your flight is canceled on the day (due to weather conditions), a full refund will be given. Your booking will be transferred to the following day, subject to availability. Sometime there might be last minute cancellations due to bad weather conditions. Please note that the balloon tour depends 100% on weather and wind. If you are pregnant you shouldn't fly due to possible bumpy landings. Children under 5 years old are not allowed on the balloon flights. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 16 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
