The audioguide is a digital product that you can download to your phone using the instructions provided in your voucher. To ensure the best experience, we recommend downloading the app in advance and bringing your personal earphones for clear and comfortable listening during your tour.. Hagia Sophia is open from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Children under 7 years must be accompanied by an adult with a valid passport or ID card. The ramps and stairs in this area are not accessible for individuals with disabilities or those who have difficulty walking. Please use the "Turkish Citizen Entrance" instead. As Hagia Sophia serves as a sacred site for worship, visitors are kindly asked not to take photographs of or stare at Muslims who are praying or performing namaz. During peak seasons, expect lines at security checkpoints. Please note that your ticket does not provide priority access. In the busiest periods, entry may take longer than usual. This ticket grants entry to the viewing area and upper gallery, but does not include access to the prayer area downstairs.. Foreign tourists can now enter Hagia Sophia through the newly opened tourist entrance located near Topkapi Palace. From there, they will have direct access to the upper floor galleries via a gentle ramp.. History & Experience Museum entry will not be available with this ticket.. Women are required to cover their heads and shoulders, both men and women must cover their knees before entering the Hagia Sophia Mosque. Headscarves and body coverings can be obtained at the ticket booth for a nominal fee
