What To Expect
Kickstart your Taiwanese experience with a trip to the National Palace Museum, completed in Waishuangxi in 1965. Surrounded by gorgeous mountains, the museum features amazing Chinese architectural design. The exhibition rooms range from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor, displaying precious artifacts from Chinese past civilizations, mainly from the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. NPM is famed as one of “The World’s Four Museums” with a collection of 690,000 artifacts.
