What To Expect
Climbing the 8-day Lemosho route is the best to get used to the climate. The remote is less commonly used and is a good way to get on the set of Shira. The minimum duration of the Lemosho course is 6 days, however, we strongly recommend completing the route in 8 days. The extra day 8 will give your body more time to adapt, reduce the effects of altitude sickness, and give you more time to rest before reaching the top.

Not wheelchair accessible. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
