What To Expect
The Lemosho route is one of our preferred routes due to its low traffic, beautiful scenery and a high summit success rate. It starts off from the west, beginning with a long drive from Moshi to Londorossi Gate. From there, the first two days are spent trekking through the lush rain forest to Shira Plateau. We recommend a minimum of 7 days to attempt this route for better acclimatization and summit success. The Lemosho route joins the Machame route just after Shira 2 Camp and then follows the same route through the southern circuit and descending at Mweka Gate.

Important info
Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Not recommended for travelers with back problems. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. A current valid passport is required on the day of travel. This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
