Next, you'll ride a dog sled on beautiful journey around an alpine snowfield! This is the dogsledding tour of a lifetime. (This tour departs from the town of Girdwood, located just 35 miles south of Anchorage).
Not wheelchair accessible. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Small infants (prior to walking) may ride on an adult’s lap free. Operates on a snow-covered glacier, possible cool temperatures and occasional rain, please dress appropriately. Infants must sit on laps. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. Please arrive 30 minutes before your tour time.. Weight limit is 290 pounds per guest. Additional fee for. Must be able to walk unassisted on uneven snow, and hold on to the sled. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers.
