What To Expect
Start your day with a guided tour of the Fairbanks Ice Museum, then sit back and relax and enjoy the 60 mile journey to Chena Hot Springs Resort, located 60 miles from downtown Fairbanks. The scenery along the road and at the Hot Springs is breathtaking and has a good possibility of wildlife sightings.
Soak in the pool of the Hot Springs, take a tour on one of many trails around the resort or take a tour of the greenhouse and geothermal energy plant.
Lunch at the excellent restaurant is not to be missed (optional and not included in price)!
What to remember
Important info
Please bring bathing suits, shower slipper, bath towels, at least 2 quarter for each locker and picture id's for the ice museum.. Not wheelchair accessible. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please no children under 5.. Stroller accessible. Children under 18 and pregnant guests aren't allowed in the outside pool of the Hot Springs. There is an inside area for everyone to use.. Cancellation for a full refund is possible if the minimum capacity is not reached or due to dangerous road conditions.. Most travelers can participate. Our vans are not wheelchair accessible. However, we have enough room for a foldable one and the Hot Springs are wheelchair accessible. Please contact us before booking.. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 14 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking

Traveler pickup is offered
Pick up occurs between 8:45 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. We will contact you the day before your tour with your exact pickup time.
We can only pick up from hotels within the Fairbanks or North Pole city limits. We do not pick up from the airport.
If you are staying at an Air BnB, please contact the office for the closest pick up location.
If you are staying outside the city limits, we can pick you up at Walmart or another hotel location. Please call our office to discuss what options are available.
