Children must be accompanied by an adult. Due to FAA regulations, weight restrictions apply, there is a 290lb weight limit per seat, including everything going in the helicopter with guests. There is also an overall weight limit, if your group of 2 or 3 individuals, exceeds 530lb, please call our office to complete your booking. Misrepresented weights may result in the inability to do the tour without reimbursement.. Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Most travelers can participate. For safety reasons infants are considered babies under 24 months. Each helicopter seats a maximum of 3 guests. We usually have multiple helicopters available per tour time.. There is a 2 person minimum for this tour, to book as a single traveler please call our office. Seating is according to necessary weight and balance of the helicopter, guest preference will be accommodated whenever possible. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
