What To Expect
The middle Kenai River flows out of the glacial waters of Skilak Lake in the heart of the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge, home to a large variety of Alaskan wildlife.
We use an outboard motor to cross Skilak Lake and to run back upstream to fish the most productive spots.
This stretch of river can produce excellent trophy Kenai River trout and Dolly Varden char and seasonal runs of salmon. Daily guided drift boat fly fishing and spin fishing trips are available for all ages and skill levels.

Important info
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Wheelchair accessible. Please provide shoe sizes in men's and women's sizes so wader's can be provided for the day. Stroller accessible. Recommend you bring warm layered clothing, wool or synthetic socks, waders (please note: felt soles are no longer allowed in Alaska), two piece rain suit, camera, sun tan lotion, polarized sunglasses, hearty lunch, and water or other beverages. Please note: you must have your license/stamp physically with you to fish. To purchase online, visit the Alaska Fish and Game website at www.admin.adfg.state.ak.ua/license/. Infants must sit on laps. Most travelers can participate. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 4 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
