Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. No bags or backpacks at Lower Antelope Canyon (includes purses, hydration bags and fanny packs). No tripods, monopods or selfie sticks. About 1.5 miles (2400 meters) roundtrip walk at Upper Antelope Canyon. About 1.5 miles (2400 meters) roundtrip walk at Horseshoe Bend. No GoPros or camcorders allowed
