Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Infant seats available. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. Please bring a children’s car or booster seat for the shuttle if traveling with children under 55 pounds. No tripods, selfie-sticks, drones or bags. Plain a simple NO bags of any sort are allowed.. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows and late arrivals. Regretfully, illness, fear of COVID, forgotten reservations, misjudging travel times, traffic, weather, and other emergencies do not affect this strict policy. Customers MUST arrive 45 minutes earlier before the tour starts! If you are late, your ticket will be voided and it is not refundable! You'll bear the consequences if you arrive late.. No alcohol, smoking, vaping or drugs(marijuana & so forth).. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
