What To Expect

Metta Yoga was created to bring a yoga studio to Marin that is edgy and fun, yet still deeply rooted in yogic tradition. In the spirit of metta, or loving kindness, we created a beautiful space for our community to come together and explore the practice of yoga – both on and off the mat. We hope that Metta Yoga inspires you to live vibrantly, compassionately and joyfully.
