Learn the ancient skills of survival in the woods, including how to build a shelter, gather water, make a fire, and forage edible plants or set up traps for food. Both novice campers and seasoned backpackers will benefit from hands-on activities during this 5-hour class with a naturalist instructor. The session takes place in a redwood forest of Marin County, located north of San Francisco.
No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Not wheelchair accessible. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
