* Riders must be at least 16 years old to use an electric bike
* Customers under 18 will not be provided with a bike unless an accompanying adult (18+) is present
* The maximum group size is 15 people
* Attachments such as double trailers and tag‑along bikes cannot be used with electric bikes
* Riders must not exceed 300 lb (136 kg)
