For a standard pickup (i.e. from a hotel, Airbnb or home address), your chauffeur will wait for 30 minutes before leaving the pickup point.

For Airport pickups your chauffeur will wait for 60 minutes for domestic flights and 120 minutes for international flights before leaving the pickup point.

Port of Cruise pickups will include a 60 minute wait time before the Chauffeur leaves the pickup point. The first 15 minutes are complimentary and will not be taken away from your standard wait times.

On Hotel pickups, your departure time is 2 hours prior to your flight's departure for domestic flights, or 3 hours prior to your flight's departure for international flights. Your chauffeur and vehicle will be at the front of the hotel. Please inform the doorman that you have a car coming to pick you up. Many times the chauffeur is unable to park his car directly in front of the hotel and may be parked along the side of the hotel's driveway. The doorman should know which vehicle is yours because our chauffeurs announce themselves to the doormen when they first arrive. If you have provided us with your mobile number, an hour prior to pickup you'll receive a text message with the chauffeur's name and mobile number.
