Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Service animals allowed. Public transportation options are available nearby. Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. Renters must be 25+ to drive.. Florida Boaters Safety: Florida Law requires everyone born after Jan 1, 1988 to take a boaters safety test to drive a boat. Each driver must present a passed boaters safety test prior to departure. You can do these online or on-site!. A Credit Card Authorization for $1000 is required for deposit & will be taken on-site. Guests are responsible for gas.. Dive tanks are not allowed on rental boats per Florida state law
