- Opening hours are subject to change. Please check the hours of operation on the official website and be sure to arrive at least 2 hours before closing time
- Pets are not allowed. Only guide dogs for the blind, service dogs for people with disabilities or working dogs in training are allowed inside the attraction
- Powerchairs and mobility scooters are welcome. During peak attendance times, conventional wheelchairs are encouraged
- Baby strollers are welcome and single strollers are recommended due to high traffic during peak attendance times
- This ticket allows you to skip the ticketing window and proceed directly to the main entry line
- Toddlers (2 or younger) get in free with an adult ticket
- Parking is an additional fee and based on availability
