This is a mesmerizing tour of the African American journey from slavery to freedom during the Antebellum days (1748-1864) on the coast of Savannah.
Wheelchair accessible. Stroller accessible. Service animals allowed. Infants must sit on laps. Transportation is wheelchair accessible. Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level. This does include a 60-90 minute walking tour. River Street's tricky cobblestone and brick alleyways will be difficult for anyone with mobility impairments. This experience requires good weather.
