Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Specialized infant seats are available. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. No bags allowed at Pearl Harbor. Tour duration will be 9 hours including travel time from start to end.. Tours are non-refundable if the national park service or navy decide to cancel boat ride programs due to mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or other safety concerns.. Not all our tour vehicle can accommodate mobility devices such as Wheel chairs and Scooters. Please call us right away after you book our tour to make arrangements.. NOTE : Visitors arriving after September 3rd may still have the opportunity to tour the USS Arizona Memorial but Access will be limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The National Park Service may also allow same-day standby access during ongoing renovations. Tickets are not guaranteed during this time, and availability may vary daily.
