What To Expect
This tour takes you through new chambers of the Natural Bridge Caverns, filled with expertly lit delicate formations, and a natural, spectacular ballroom. Featuring the B.A.T. – the Belt Assisted Transport – the only conveyor system ride out of a cavern in the world, and a sound and light show designed to tell the geological story of this incredible cavern.Led by knowledgeable guides, you’ll be amazed at the beauty and vastness formed through a process of rock, water, and time.

Not allowed:
- Strollers are not permitted inside the caverns. A designated stroller parking area is provided while on tour
Know in advance:
- The caverns are at a constant 70°F (21°C) year around and have a 99% humidity level
- The tour is 1/2 of a mile long and has a series of stairs and ramps
- Areas in this cavern may include wet surfaces
- Use comfortable nonslip shoes and dress comfortably according to the weather
- If you have mobility or balance issues, walking out of the caverns is recommended instead of riding the B.A.T.
- Please arrive at the Visitor Centre 30-45 minutes before your tour time

Meeting Point
Natural Bridge Caverns is 30 minutes north of downtown San Antonio. Head north on I-35, exit 175 and turn left (west) on Natural Bridge Caverns Road/F.M. 3009. It's eight miles down on the left. Upon arrival at the Visitors Center, please show the e-ticket to the ticket booth attendant.
