Private Cooking Class at E Sondley Drive Dr Asheville

With the help of a local chef you will be guided to cook a full course meal with your group. It will be your own private group. Menu range from Traditional Appalachia to fresh local markets, as well as exotic cuisines from around the world

We offer a private, hands-on cooking classes and team-building activities. Our events are custom designed but typically take 3 hours.
Upon arrival, guests are offered appetizers, drinks, and aprons. The facility offers a bathroom and hand washing stations. After a short introduction, the group will engage in a guided cooking activity that will include learning about new ingredients and cuisines and preparing a 5-6 course meal. The meal preparation will take approximately 2 hours. The group will then dine at the facility which offers multiple dining areas; a deck with mountain views, a traditional dining room, and a kitchen dining area. A recipe handout will be emailed to all participants.
