* Check-in at Boulder City Terminal, 45 minutes prior to the booked tour start time
* People 18 years old and over will need to present a valid ID or passport
* All passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (136 kg) or more will be charged for an additional seat
* Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft
* Infants (age 0-1): free admission. They must be seated on the lap of their parent or guardian. A birth certificate or passport is required to validate the age
* Cameras and phones are allowed and encouraged on the helicopter, but please be aware that the use of selfie sticks and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft. Cameras, phones, and selfie sticks are prohibited on the Skywalk glass bridge
