The “kid-friendly” non-graphic imagery, 100 audio stories, Ground Zero artifacts and rare photos housed in this non-profit museum exhibit the heroic efforts of the FDNY firefighters on that fateful day in 2001 and the 9-month “Recovery Period." Important info
Wheelchair accessible. Cameras are allowed but no videotaping, no cell phones, food or drink allowed on tours. Stroller accessible. Due to security and space concerns, all backpacks and large bags must be stored at the front of the museum during the tour. There are no exceptions. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the tour. This does NOT include admission to the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. The Ground Zero Museum Workshop was established in 2005 and has been active part in remembrance and education of the September 11 tragedy. Service animals allowed. Most travelers can participate. This is a separate tour/experience from the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Audio Tours in Spanish, French, Italian and French - (included). This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers. Confirmation will be received at time of booking
