Your tour of Philadelphia’s holiday lights and sights focuses on Center City. With its towering skyscrapers, there’s something to marvel at throughout the year, but during the holiday season, downtown Philly really puts on the Ritz. One of the highlights of this time of year is, of course, the Christmas tree at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Here, you’ll be able to get out of the van and run the Rocky steps, just like Rocky did. Upon making it to the top, you’ll see one of the most beautiful and iconic views in the city!
After exploring the huge displays of Center City, we’ll be off again, weaving through the streets of Philly to a couple of our favorite smaller, neighborhood light displays. One is nothing short of a “Miracle” with lights spanning the street, homes decorated to the max, and trees covered in twinkling lights. You’ll feel like you’ve stepped into a postcard, or a movie set as you take a quick stroll down these classic streets, decked out for a historical Christmas.
