What To Expect

This informative, easy 2.5 hour tour of 8 miles with some small hills, makes its way around the lake on the hike-n-bike loop trail, including the boardwalk, Zilker Park, Butler Park, Barton Springs pool and Congress Bat bridge. This tour is a great tour for riders of all ages and skill levels, as it is totally natural, mostly shaded and traffic free. A great way to familiarize your group with the best parks of the downtown Austin area.

Please note- if you can't ride a bicycle, you will not be able to participate in the tour and will be refunded. Safety and respect of other riders in the group are essential.

Bring water, the bikes have bottle cages. Youths ages 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult. Not wheelchair accessible. A minimum of 2 people per booking is required. Near public transportation. Infant seats available. No heart problems or other serious medical conditions. Most travelers can participate. Children ages 11 and under, private tour required (extra $30 pp). This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers.
