Timing: Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup point 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Locations: Pickup is available from most downtown Salt Lake City hotels and central locations in Park City. We also accommodate Airbnb and other lodging options within a certain radius.
Confirmation: You will receive a text message or email confirmation of your exact pickup time and location the evening before your tour.
Identification: Please bring a copy of your booking confirmation and a valid ID to confirm your identity.
Luggage: Due to space constraints in the vehicle, only small backpacks or handbags are allowed. Please make arrangements for larger luggage.
Family-Friendly: Car seats and booster seats are available upon request but must be reserved in advance.
Special Needs: If you have any special needs or requests, such as wheelchair accessibility, please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary accommodations.
