* Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
* Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
* The driver will be Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)

* The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
