- Pick-up is available for guests staying at hotels in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. And Hotels listed in the system.
- For Guests stay at BnB or Homestays hard to find the way to pick up. Please come to our office for the pick up from 07:30 - 08:00 at 31 Lo Su street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi.
