Pick-up at 8AM: Guests who stay at hotel within district 1 and district 3 area.Cyclo drivers pick you up at hotels at 8AM. Please provide your hotel address/room no/whatsapp no in your booking.

Meet-up at 8.00AM: Guests who stay other districts, please come to my place at Cyclo Resto: 133 Nguyen Du street, Ben Thanh ward, district 1. When you finish cooking class, you get 30-minutes cyclo trip.

Then,gathering at Cyclo Resto, tour guide helps you discuss and choose the menu to cook. Some useful skills to do the market trip as using VND money, bargaining skills, how to choose freshest ingredients,...After that, visit the Ben Thanh market for practice them.
Finish market trip, Chef will show you the most useful kitchen skills, how to cook Vietnamese dishes that can easy be repeated at home. You will get a hand on training from professional local chef.

Around 11.30am, enjoy your achivement, egg coffee as dessert.
