OverBrew Brewery Visits are much more than just a boring walk-through. We pack value into the tour by systematically working through, in as much detail as your group prefers, the following:
Brewery Overview: Started when? Owned by? How different?
Brewer: Profile? Started where/when/why?
Ingredients: Water? Malt? Hops? Yeast? Other? Purity law? Recipes?
Equipment: Mill? Mash/lauter tun? Kettle? Fermenter/Unitank? Filler? Labeller?
Processes: Malting? Milling? Mashing? Lautering? Cooling? Fermenting?
Beers: Styles? Brewery beers described and categorised?
What to remember
Important info
Wheelchair accessible. Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller. Public transportation options are available nearby. Not recommended for pregnant travelers. Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health. Suitable for all physical fitness levels. All guests must be 18 years of age or older.
