The Battle of Isandlwana and the Battle of Rorke's Drift are 2 of the most famous battles fought by the British against native forces back in the day. These battles attracted world attention and people come from far and wide accross the world to be in the presence of the space where these two battles were fought on 22 January 1879.
The Zulu force was victorious in the first battle, Battle of Isandlwana while the British force won the Rorke's Drift Battle.
Our local guide will give you an in depth analysis of events which transpired on the day. He will walk you through the exact battlefields, visit the graves and monuments and the 2 museums, Isandlwana Museum and Rorke'sDrift museum, commemorating these 2 battles.
