What To Expect

On this one-day tour, your professional foodie tour guide will show you Capetonians’ favorite pastime – eating and drinking!Begin with a walk through the Company's Gardens, established by the Dutch as a supply station between Europe and the East. We continue with an educational and tasty stop at a local butcher, who offers tastings of biltong - sampling varieties like kudu, zebra, and beef!For lunch, time to enjoy a Cape Malay meal in the Bo Kaap. We then drive to the trendy suburb of Woodstock, for a tasting of locally-produced gin or craft beer.Ending with local oysters and MCC - Methode Cap Classique, which is South Africa's sparkling wine.
