What To Expect

False Bay is a mere 30min drive from Cape Town international airport and a shark hotspot. This fun and educational trip is for the whole family, with no age restrictions and no experience needed. We generally target three species of shark on these excursions namely Great white sharks, Bronze whaler sharks, and the prehistoric Sevengill shark. These sharks are awesome! Nothing compares to seeing a shark in real life for the first time and all preconceived ideas are crushed with the first viewing.

Not wheelchair accessible. Near public transportation. Infants must sit on laps. Most travelers can participate. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund. This tour/activity will have a maximum of 18 travelers.
