What To Expect
The Mussel and oyster beds are farmed right in front of the property, so they are noticeably in a league of their own, and of course, freshness isn’t a problem. You’ll leave the V&A Waterfront Heli base and fly up the West Coast to Saldanha Bay, to be met by your hosts Kyle and Marti. This is one of those experiences where we prefer to say less and let the pictures tell the story. We can guarantee that this is not “standard seafood” offering.
This experience includes the flight, the delicious meal of Mussels and Oysters and champagne (with some starters of bread & smoked fish) as well as soft drinks.
Minimum age for drinking alcohol beverages in South Africa is 18 years old.

Drive past the Table Bay Hotel at the t-junction turn left at the next round-about travel straight past the big building then turn left at the sign for the V&A Waterfront Heliport.
Please be ready in the reception and look out for the Cape Town Helicopters/Explore Collection vehicle.
