Central location in Marbella! A modern apartment with one bedroom and a loft style small upper floor where kids could sleep. The apartment is ideal for a couples or a couple with small children. It is not possible to host 4 adults.The location is perfectly central walking distance from the beach and main shopping street. In the direct surroundings you will find many cafeterias, restaurants and boutiques. The place has been only recently fully refurbished and brand new furniture has been placed. We offer wifi, Internet enabled tv, air conditioning (with heating) and a terrace.The complex has a lift and is located right next to a great Italian restaurant and a square with a coffeeshop. It is located in a pedestrian street off of the main Avenue Ricardo Soriano. Only 200 meters away is the boulevard of Marbella stretching all the way to Puerto Banus and the historic Casco Antiguo (Old town) is also only 300 meters away. About 50 meters away there is a bus stop meaning you really do not need a vehicle during your stay. As a matter of fact it is better without a vehicle as we do not have a parking space and parking is difficult in the area (unless you do not mind leaving the car in the public parkings).
