This is a combination of Units 1 and 2. There is a conjoining door in the middle of these 2 units and the decision to leave the door open or shut and locked is completely yours. We are just a cross the street from the public boat ramp to the Intercoastal and we are less than a 5 minute walk to the sand. The spectacular location of this holiday villa beach cottage, is a more secluded area of the beach just north of all the action. Either play on the part of the beach by the house, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60, festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts. These beach rental units have their own pool area, courtyard area and walking distance to the sand.
