Take the funicular up to the fortress from where you will be able to enjoy a breathtaking view of Salzburg.Spoil yourself with a romantic dinner at the Panorama Restaurant with an unforgettable view. Afterwards, experience the concert in the historic atmosphere of either the Golden Hall/Arms Hall/Castle Hall with Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's most famous chamber music.You can choose from the following dinner and concert options available in the order box:
- Category 1: numbered seats and dinner
- Category 2: non-numbered seats and dinner
- VIP: numbered seats and VIP dinner
- Golden VIP: includes everything in the VIP option plus a pre-dinner aperitif and included drinks with dinner (wine, water, and coffee)
Depending on the option, you can look forward to the following delicious menus (subject to change):Classic Dinner Menu:
- Mini bread rolls with 2 different spreads
- Consommé of beef with semolina dumpling
- Filled turkey roulade supreme with truffle-mashed potatoes and fruity sauce
- Mozart dessert
VIP Dinner Menu:
- Mini bread rolls with 2 different spreads
- White wine soup with roasted Marcona almonds
- Braised veal "Tafelspitz" from local grass-fed veal with port wine sauce on potato gratin and grilled asparagus OR Salzburger trout fillet "Müllerin Art" with parsley potatoes
- Salzburger Nockerl - fluffy egg soufflé with vanilla cream and berries

Know in advance:
* January, February, March, April, September, October, November and December: ascent to the fortress by funicular from 5.30 pm, dinner at 6.00 pm, concert at 8.00 pm. May, June, July and August: ascent to the fortress by funicular from 6.00 pm, dinner at 6.30 pm, concert at 8.30 pm
* Private tables in the restaurant are allocated according to the number of guests booked. Weather permitting, the VIP dinner will be served on the panoramic terrace
* Please address vegetarian/vegan/allergy requests directly to the service staff in the restaurant
* Please note that the restaurant only accepts payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
* Please take the included funicular/cable car, do NOT walk up or down
* Temporary update: To celebrate the 270th anniversary of W. A. Mozart's birth, the Hohensalzburg Fortress will host a unique "Happy Birthday Mozart Cycle" from the end of January to the end of March, combining culinary delights, musical enjoyment, and a historic atmosphere into an unforgettable experience
* Temporary update: From 31 January to 31 March 2026, "Salzburger Nockerl" (fluffy egg soufflé with vanilla cream and berries) will be served as special dessert also for the Category 1 and 2 options
