* All flights are sold on a shared basis, where up to six passengers may be travelling on the helicopter. Single-passenger bookings are welcome, however all flights require a minimum of two passengers to depart
* Maximum 100kg per passenger unless confirmed prior to flight with the experience provider. Exact weight/s must be provided upon booking
* Maximum combined total weight is 180kg for 2 passengers, 240kg for 3 passengers unless confirmed prior to flight with the experience provider
* Weather conditions such as low cloud, fog, gusty winds, or electrical storms present in the area of the flight path may require either cancellation or rescheduling of the booking
