Where you'll meet
Before boarding, you must first collect your physical tickets from the ticket booth located right next to the meeting point. Boarding will start approximately 30 minutes before departure time. You will not be able to park at the ticket booth for the duration of the tour, but there is a paid public parking lot just up the road. Feel free to ask the customer service agent when you collect your tickets, and they will direct you.

* Cruises operate rain or shine unless weather conditions pose a safety risk to passengers. Rest assured, the boat features an enclosed area for your comfort
* For the VIP Lounge experience, gourmet boxes are served at approximately 11:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Beverages are served upon arrival
* Whale watching guarantee: the sighting rate is extremely high. However, as the marine park is a natural environment, sometimes the mammals can be more elusive. If no sightings are made, you'll be offered another whale watching boat tour (standard tour only)
* For personal expenses, only credit card payments are accepted on board (cash not available)
