Located in front of the Pacific Ocean with beautiful views of the bay. It was the residential house that the poet Pablo Neruda co-designed and inhabited between 1939 and 1973. The visitor can get to know aspects of the life and work of the poet is a house museum. She's beautiful and magical. They pass you an audio that tells every story of the rooms.
We leave very early (7:40 am) to arrive at 10:00 am as admission is on a first come, first served basis and is a very visited place by locals and schools. We drive along Highway 78 heading for the coast. The tour lasts about an hour then you can tour the bookstore enjoy the views and go down to the beach where on a rock there is a sculpture of the Poet. You can have lunch in the same museum or the village of Isla Negra (on behalf of the passengers) and tour the village and its crafts that the locals offer.
