Important information
Know in advance:
* The 48-hour and 72-hour options are valid from the selected start time on the first day (as chosen during booking) until the same time on the second or third day
* The 4-day, 5-day and 6-day options are valid from the selected date from midnight until midnight of the fourth, fifth or sixth day. You can also choose between travel zone AB and ABC
* After booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your ticket. This ticket also serves as your Berlin WelcomeCard
* Each adult ticket is valid for up to three children under 15 years old
* Children aged 0–5 travel free on public transport
* Discounts on attractions and tours are applied when purchasing the relevant ticket or pass. Discounts for performances are available directly at the ticket counter
* The Berlin WelcomeCard is non-refundable. Once booked, changes, cancellations, and refunds are not permitted
